Description
GXA is seeking a Proactive Technical Alignment Engineer (TAE) to perform recurring client-environment health checks, enforce technical standards, identify risks and misalignments, handle L3 escalations, and maintain authoritative documentation. The role requires senior systems and network engineering expertise across Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, Intune, endpoint compliance, and conditional access. The engineer works independently behind the scenes with vCTOs and service teams, producing analytical reports, remediation recommendations, playbooks, and process improvements.
