Description

The Probate/Guardianship Coordinator assists a Probate Auditor by reviewing, coordinating, auditing, and monitoring probate, guardianship, trust, and related court filings; managing case flow, dockets, hearings, compliance deadlines, and emergency proceedings; and serving as a liaison among the court, attorneys, fiduciaries, guardians, and the public. The role requires knowledge of probate and guardianship procedures, legal and financial document analysis, case management, communication, confidentiality, and proficiency with court systems. An associate’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred, along with three to five years of relevant experience.
