Description
The City of Bremerton is hiring a Probation and Treatment Court Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Probation Department and Treatment Court Program. Reporting to the Municipal Court Judge, the role supervises probation and treatment court staff, develops policies and operational standards, manages an approximately $130,000 annual budget, administers grants and contracts, evaluates program performance, maintains case records, and coordinates with treatment providers, prosecutors, defense counsel, law enforcement, and community agencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of progressively responsible experience, including at least two years of supervisory, lead, or program-administration experience. It is a promotional recruitment limited to current City of Bremerton employees, requires travel throughout Bremerton and the greater Kitsap County area, and is exempt from overtime.
