Description
Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Probe Integration Engineer in its Test Solutions Engineering Department Key Equipment Group to develop, deploy, and support wafer probe equipment and processes, with an emphasis on HBM. The role evaluates wafer probers, testers, and probe cards; establishes global probe processes; collaborates with equipment suppliers and manufacturing teams; develops manufacturing metrics and equipment specifications; supports high-volume manufacturing; performs statistical analysis; and integrates AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and quality. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline, strong engineering and analytical skills, project management ability, CAD and Microsoft Office knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.
