Description
The role leads shift technicians and contractors, manages production-line issues, ensures SOP compliance and safety, analyzes equipment problems, coordinates with production stakeholders, and develops AI-enabled improvements for semiconductor manufacturing. It requires a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, willingness to work a permanent 12-hour day/night shift, leadership experience, problem-solving knowledge, clean-room work, Microsoft Office experience, and baseline digital and AI literacy. Semiconductor industry and AI applications in manufacturing are preferred.
