Description
The Process Engineer will support wafer probe operations across product development and high-volume manufacturing, developing and sustaining probe processes, test methodologies, SPC systems, probe card configurations, and test setup infrastructure. The role leads NPI readiness, investigates process excursions, drives yield and cycle-time improvements, and collaborates with Test, Product, Yield, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and IT teams. Candidates need a BS or MS in a relevant engineering or science discipline, semiconductor manufacturing or wafer-probe experience, electrical measurement and statistical process control expertise, and proficiency with data analysis tools.
