FORTNA is hiring a Problem Manager to own the end-to-end Problem Management lifecycle for recurring, complex, and high-impact incidents affecting warehouse automation and material-handling systems. The role leads root-cause investigations, cross-functional corrective and preventive actions, known-error documentation, change coordination, and post-incident reviews across WES, WCS, WMS, PLCs, robotics, conveyors, and related integrations. The position may be performed in an office, remotely, at a customer site, distribution center, manufacturing facility, or warehouse, and may require travel and participation in support escalations outside standard business hours. The base salary range is $87,600 to $131,300.
