PATH is hiring a full-time Problem-Solving Coordinator in Los Angeles to support families experiencing housing crises through rapid-resolution and diversion interventions. The role coordinates with case managers, trains staff, processes referrals, conducts guest intakes and needs assessments, develops individualized service plans, provides ongoing case management, and supports benefits, identification, employment, housing, and health referrals. The position requires driving, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, employment eligibility verification, CPR/First Aid training, and completion of tuberculosis, background, and drug screening. It offers $29.75 to $36.33 per hour and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
