Description
Autoliv is seeking a Problem Solving Senior Engineer to lead complex quality investigations, customer escalations, and Category A issues; coach cross-functional teams; perform root-cause and Gemba investigations; coordinate testing and data validation; support continuous improvement; and update quality documentation. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering or related field, at least five years of automotive experience, extensive knowledge of automotive quality methodologies, IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and Control Plans, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
