Penn Color International BV is hiring a Process Operator Thermoplastics / Packaging to support the manufacturing of plastic masterbatches. The role includes pre-mixing raw materials, managing logistics between extruders, operating extruders, supporting post-processing, packing finished masterbatches, and maintaining and cleaning machines. The position is part of a three-shift rotating schedule and requires at least two years of operator experience, technical insight, English or Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work shifts. The role starts with a fixed-term contract with the goal of a permanent contract and offers a salary starting at €3,136 per month, including a 12% shift allowance.
