Randstad Professional is recruiting a Process Advisor for a long-term role at a pharmaceutical company in or around Biberach. The position reviews cGMP-compliant operations, assesses batch-record deviations, performs root-cause analysis, manages corrective actions, conducts risk analyses and CAPAs, and supports process data evaluation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Applicants need a degree in biopharmaceutics, biotechnology, or bioengineering or an equivalent qualification, strong MS Office and technical skills, and fluent German and English.
