The role acts as a catalyst across business value streams, helping business owners, product owners, analysts, project managers, architects, and delivery teams define business problems, solutions, and delivery plans. It coordinates competing priorities and ensures solutions meet user expectations, with responsibilities spanning process and business analysis, solution architecture, information architecture, data mapping, benefits analysis, and executive and operational communication. The role requires insurance or financial services experience, ideally in group or workplace benefits solutions, five years of relevant transformation experience, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
