Description
The role serves as a technical reference for industrial fermentation processes, leading research, optimization, control, continuous improvement, root-cause investigations, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring industrial-scale fermentation processes, improving yields and productivity, conducting mass and energy balances, applying statistical and advanced process-control methods, investigating deviations and contaminations, supporting scale-up and validation, and collaborating with production, quality, engineering, automation, maintenance, and R&D teams. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, hands-on industrial fermentation experience, and residence in one of the specified locations.
