The successful candidate will conduct in-depth process analysis, develop and implement optimization strategies, and facilitate process improvement. They will also be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management plans, assessing organizational readiness, and providing guidance to business leaders. This role requires strong project management skills, experience with Grid Operations Operational Technology, and familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
