ALVIC is hiring an Industrial Engineer to lead the improvement and optimization of production processes at its industrial plant in Casariche. The role involves diagnosing and redesigning processes, implementing engineering and technology services, monitoring production and maintenance KPIs, standardizing processes, leading Lean Manufacturing, advancing process automation, supporting preventive maintenance, and collaborating on product design. Candidates need a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, at least two years of experience, knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and production flows, data-analysis and Microsoft Excel skills, and strong analytical, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
