Emerson is hiring a Process & Customer Quality Engineer in Lodz to improve manufacturing quality, manage customer complaints and quality claims, lead root-cause and corrective actions, conduct audits, and support new product introductions and production transfers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, at least one year of quality or engineering experience in manufacturing, B2 English proficiency, technical-documentation skills, and knowledge of quality methodologies; customer-quality and ISO/VDA experience are preferred.
