Citi is hiring a full-time Process Engineer for its Enterprise Productivity and Efficiency (EP&E) - CitiLean Reengineering Team in Gurgaon. The role supports and drives global EP&E Lean programs by applying Lean methodology, mapping and analyzing processes, identifying pain points, conducting data and root-cause analysis, designing interim and end-state solutions, planning project milestones, and presenting progress to senior leadership. Candidates should have 3–5 years of bank-services experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent PowerPoint and Excel abilities. The role requires approximately 30% travel based on business requirements.
