Description
The Process & Equipment Engineer will design, maintain, and improve sterilization processes and equipment at BD’s Covington, Georgia manufacturing site. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs and OEE, updating ISO documentation, implementing process improvements, analyzing performance data, training operators, managing projects, and collaborating with Quality Assurance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering and at least two years of relevant engineering and equipment experience, with PSM and CAD experience preferred. It is an onsite position with future on-call responsibilities and offers an annual salary of $95,900 to $153,400 USD plus medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
