Description
Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a Fab Process & Equipment Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing process start-up, development, optimization, yield, quality, reliability, cost, cycle-time, and productivity improvements. The role involves setting process parameters for semiconductor equipment, evaluating new equipment and materials, troubleshooting process issues using failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, and SPC, coordinating process qualifications and audits, and applying AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. A bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required, while semiconductor industry experience, leadership, and knowledge of SPC and statistical methods are preferred or advantageous.
