Description
Bosch is hiring a Semiconductor Test Equipment Maintenance Engineer for its PgP5 semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan, Penang. The role performs scheduled maintenance and calibration, diagnoses and repairs mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, localizes failures on measurement boards and PCBs, aligns equipment and circuit diagrams, coordinates with suppliers and engineering, supports FMEA and control plans, manages spare parts, and trains operators. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant hands-on experience; Cohu NY32 Loader & Tape and Reel machine experience is an added advantage.
