Description
Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Dresden GmbH is hiring a Process & Maintenance Engineer to maintain production equipment and process steps in the Pre-Assembly area, including Thinning, Dicing, and future MEMS multi-wafer processes. The role covers equipment fault assessment, wafer recovery and rework, WIP monitoring, planned and unplanned maintenance, machine availability, equipment commissioning, documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external service partners. The position follows a continuous 6:4 shift model and requires technical vocational training in electrician, mechatronics technician, or mechanic fields, ideally supplemented by semiconductor-industry experience, along with very good German and good English skills.
