Description
The Process & Maintenance Engineer for Wafer Test Probecards maintains the reliability and quality of the wafer-tester interface in semiconductor production. The role performs inspection and repair of prober cards and associated assemblies, handles fine contact pins and conductor tracks, diagnoses and repairs electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults, evaluates operating parameters, proposes process improvements, and documents repair histories and inspection results. The position requires technical vocational training, practical technical experience, precision and fine-motor skills, and works in a fully continuous 6:4 shift model in Dresden.
