Description
The Process and Methods Design Manager will analyze and design end-to-end product development and systems engineering processes, including RLS-adapted military milestone concepts, MBSE methodologies, Catia Systems Modeler profiles, SE toolchain concepts, and Confluence documentation. The role also covers process implementation, iterative updates, training, working-group leadership, and stakeholder management. It requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree, extensive Systems Engineering and SysML experience, knowledge of ISO 15288, CMMI, and ASPICE, proficiency with MethodPark Stages, Catia Magic Systems Modeler, GitOps, and AI agents, and strong German and English communication skills. The position is based at the Kassel site.
