Description
The Operations Analyst will ensure the proper functioning of key payment-method operational processes in a fintech company, using data, SQL, process mapping, dashboards, testing, and automation to reduce operational risk and improve efficiency. The role coordinates with Operations, Product, Technology, and Business; validates operational SLAs and releases; analyzes operational and reconciliation data; and translates operational needs into technical requirements. It requires a bachelor's or engineering degree, 4–5 years of experience in process improvement and operational assurance, basic English, and relevant technical skills, with a hybrid arrangement in Mexico City or the State of Mexico.
