Mars Food & Nutrition is hiring a Packaging & Process Program Manager in Oud-beijerland to lead a global technology program for packaging and process innovations. The role owns the technology strategy, roadmap, project portfolio, development, validation, implementation, technology transfer, sustainability, governance, budgets, risks, and cross-functional collaboration, while also developing technical talent and representing the company in industry forums. Candidates need a master's degree, a PhD in a relevant engineering or food-science discipline, at least 10 years of FMCG/CPG experience, and the ability to travel 20–30% globally.
