Airbus is hiring a Process & Performance Manager – Technical Integration & SAP S/4HANA to join Satair’s Solutions department in Hamburg. The role leads SAP S/4HANA transformation project streams, advises global leadership, represents the Solutions department in MMIP transformation boards, maps end-to-end workflows in SYMBIO, defines process KPIs, and guides change management from manual data entry to automated oversight. The position requires a relevant degree, global matrix-organization experience, SAP transformation and core MM/SD knowledge, process-modeling and agile skills, and English fluency. It offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and a reduced-scope option.
