Eurofins Scientific is hiring a Process & Project Manager in Brussels, Belgium, to support the Manager of the Compensation & Benefits Team. The role coordinates annual compensation and bonus reviews, compensation analytics and reporting, long-term incentive administration, HR and finance projects, process governance, and continuous improvement across an international environment. Candidates should have a master's degree in a relevant field and approximately five or more years of professional experience in finance, controlling, consulting, project management, business analytics, or similar analytical functions; prior compensation and benefits expertise is not required.
