Description
The Production Manager will design and control the production process, maintain product quality and lead time, reduce scrap and production costs, resolve production problems, develop processes using new technology and equipment, manage raw materials and supplier issues, maintain SOPs and support ISO audits, assist with Oracle, Magma, or system issues, and drive continuous improvement and team training. The role is based in Rayong and requires a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, at least six years of experience in process and quality, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical-process-control skills.
