The role analyzes existing processes, develops optimization solutions, supports implementation, evaluates results, promotes quality awareness, and collaborates with executives, process management, and digitization teams. The position is based in Großbeeren, Brandenburg, and requires several years of professional experience in process and management-system design and optimization, ideally in construction projects, along with expertise in quality and process management, transformation, organizational development, and process digitization.
