Description
The Process and Reporting Manager will centrally support project teams in security and defense-related industries through project controls, reporting, forecasts, cross-project transparency, and process optimization. The role develops and harmonizes management reports, KPI systems, dashboards, and documentation; provides analytical and methodical support; and coordinates with project management, engineering, and other specialist departments. It requires a degree or comparable qualification, several years of controlling, reporting, or project-control experience, strong analytical and numerical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and Power BI. The position is a 35-hour employee-leasing assignment with regulated working hours.
