Description
The Process and Requirements Manager will drive the development and optimization of digital quote and application processes for motor vehicle and moped insurance. The role analyzes existing workflows, writes requirements, coordinates process development, supports insurance departments and software development, and helps make decisions based on customer and specialist needs. The position requires a degree in business informatics or business administration, vocational training in insurance, and professional experience; insurance knowledge and familiarity with SQL, JIRA, and Confluence are advantageous but not required.
