Description
The SEM/TEM technician will support in-line and out-of-line released electron microscopy inspection by managing the TEM queue, adjusting automated inspection recipes, performing semi-automated and guided TEM inspections, contributing to inspection targets, and supporting statistical process control on TEM tools. The role requires a science-related bachelor’s or associate degree or equivalent experience, hands-on semiconductor metrology or SEM/TEM experience, strong planning and multitasking skills, English and Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work a shift system.
