Amazon is hiring Process Assistants for its outbound fulfillment-center operations team. The role includes production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading or unloading trucks; Lead Process Assistants also communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain safe work areas.
