Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for its Sayama Fulfillment Center in Saitama Prefecture. The role supports daily fulfillment operations, including safety and quality checks, inventory and shipping workflows, operational improvements, problem-solving, and preparation for new projects and training. It is a shift-based position with variable hours, an average of 40 hours per week, and 120 days off per year. Candidates need basic computer skills, business-level Japanese, and preferably experience with operational improvements, quantitative analysis, and intermediate Excel skills.
