Amazon Japan is hiring a Process Assistant for its Sayama Hirosetai Fulfillment Center in Sayama-shi, Saitama Prefecture. The role supports safe, efficient, and high-quality fulfillment operations by conducting safety and quality checks, coordinating receiving, inventory, and shipping activities, preparing procedures and training materials for new services and systems, and investigating and preventing operational issues. It is a shift-based position with an average of 40 hours per week, includes onboarding and on-the-job training, and offers a career path toward team management and site management. Candidates need basic PC skills, business-level Japanese, and preferably experience with business improvements, quantitative analysis, and intermediate Excel skills.
