Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant to support operations leaders and associates in its expanding fulfillment center team. The role includes production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and unloading or loading trucks; Lead Process Assistants also communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain safe work areas. Candidates must be at least 18, authorized to work in the United States, able to work 40 hours per week with overtime, and able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
