Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for its Dandenong fulfillment center on a Sunday-to-Wednesday day shift. The role supports the Area Manager and performs receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping activities while also assisting with labor allocation, meetings, coverage, performance tracking, SOP compliance, safety, training, and operational excellence. Candidates need previous team-leadership experience, experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or large retail, strong communication skills, availability for 38+ hours per week plus overtime, and computer and Microsoft Office experience.
