Description
Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for its Odawara Fulfillment Center in Kanagawa Prefecture. The role supports receiving, inventory management, shipping, safety, quality, operational improvements, new-system rollouts, training, and irregular-situation resolution. It is a one-month shift-based assignment with 8-hour days, variable hours averaging no more than 40 hours per week, and 120 days off per year. No prior logistics experience is required, but basic PC skills, business-level Japanese, adult work experience, and quantitative operational-improvement experience are preferred.
