Amazon is hiring a full-time Process Assistant for its Rural Super Rural (RSR) last-mile operations team in Saginaw, Michigan. The role manages department duties, allocates labor, leads meetings, assigns work, tracks labor and production metrics, coaches associates, maintains SOPs and work areas, addresses safety hazards, and provides vacation coverage for area managers. The position requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
