Amazon Fresh is hiring a Process Assistant for its logistics facility in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The role supports inbound receiving, put-away, outbound shipping, inventory quality management, and logistics process management, including process improvement, staffing and roster allocation, administrative tasks, safety and quality projects, and training. It is a shift-based position with an average of 40 hours per week, 120 days off per year, and basic computer and Japanese-language requirements; professional experience and quantitative process-improvement experience are preferred.
