Description
Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant at its Kawajima fulfillment center in Kawajima-machi, Saitama. The role supports daily fulfillment operations, safety and quality checks, process improvement, irregularity resolution, new-service preparation, training, and manuals. It is shift work under a monthly variable-hours system, averaging no more than 40 hours per week, with classroom training and on-the-job training provided. No prior logistics experience is required, but business experience, process improvement, intermediate computer skills, and Japanese and English language skills are preferred.
