Amazon is hiring a full-time Process Assistant for its Rural Super Rural (RSR) last-mile operations team in Odessa, Texas. The role manages department duties, allocates labor, leads meetings, assigns work, tracks labor and performance metrics, coaches associates, maintains SOPs and work areas, addresses safety hazards, and provides vacation coverage for area managers. Candidates need at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible availability for shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position pays $23.00 per hour plus applicable shift differential, with overtime and performance bonuses available.
