Amazon Japan is recruiting Process Assistants for its Sayama Hidaka Fulfillment Center in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture. The role supports daily fulfillment operations, including safety and quality checks, inventory and shipping coordination, operational improvements, training, and issue resolution. It is shift-based with an average of 40 hours per week, 120 days off per year, and training provided for new employees. Prior logistics experience is not required, but basic computer skills, business-level Japanese, and customer- and improvement-oriented thinking are expected.
