Description
The Process Assistant supports an Area Manager in a Fulfillment Center by helping manage department duties, allocate labor, track attendance and labor hours, provide vacation coverage, train associates, verify SOP compliance, monitor performance, participate in operational excellence and safety initiatives, and fill in for production duties. The role requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible shift availability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position is based in Saint Louis, Missouri, and pays $23.00–$24.50 USD per hour.
