Amazon is hiring a Process Assistant for its Inbound Dock in Los Lunas, New Mexico. The role supports fulfillment-center operations through production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and loading or unloading trucks. Lead Process Assistants also communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain safe work areas. The position requires at least 18 years of age, U.S. work authorization, a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work long shifts.
