Amazon is hiring Process Assistants to support operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers. The role includes production duties such as picking and packing orders, receiving and stowing product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and unloading or loading trucks. Lead Process Assistants also communicate instructions, motivate associates, and maintain safe work areas. The position requires at least 18 years of age, U.S. work authorization, 40 hours per week plus overtime, flexible shifts including nights and weekends, Microsoft Office experience, and the ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work extended shifts.
