Amazon Japan is hiring a Process Assistant for its Fulfillment Center in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The role supports daily logistics operations from receiving and inventory management to shipping, while improving safety, quality, work efficiency, procedures, training, and problem-solving. It is a one-month shift-based assignment with variable hours averaging no more than 40 hours per week, including day and night shifts and scheduled days off. No prior logistics experience is required, but basic PC skills, Japanese business-language proficiency, and the ability to learn quickly are expected.
