Rent the Runway is hiring a Process Assistant to manage workflow assignments in a fulfillment and distribution department. The role supports operations managers with labor allocation, shift start-ups, cross-department communication, workflow troubleshooting, safety, production, cost, quality, attendance, labor-hour and UPH tracking, SOP compliance, continuous improvement, and employee onboarding. The position requires warehouse management software proficiency, flexible scheduling, strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; education beyond high school and prior team-leadership experience are advantageous.
