Schaefer Plastics is hiring a full-time Process Assistant / Mold Setter to support daily injection-molding production by performing safe and efficient mold changes, preparing machines and auxiliary equipment, setting up hot-stamp dies, completing preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and maintaining a safe production environment. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in injection molding, die setting, mold changes, or a related manufacturing environment, along with basic computer skills, communication skills, attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work assigned shifts, overtime, and shift coverage. The schedule is 2-2-3 from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with physical work involving lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to manufacturing equipment and noise.
