Description
Amazon is hiring an experienced Process Assistant to support the launch of its Reverse Logistics operation at BWU1, Moorebank. The role supports the Area Manager, allocates labour, leads meetings, provides coverage, monitors workflows and onsite performance, trains and supervises associates, tracks attendance and labour hours, and helps improve processes and workforce engagement. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, availability for 38 hours or more per week and overtime, previous team-leading experience, distribution-center or manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
